Purchasing & Delivery
Saward Glass Designs requires that all products are properly inspected before you take it home to insure there are no surprises. Our staff are happy to open all packages and will assist in the inspection process. We will then reseal packages for safe transport. Saward Glass Designs will not be responsible for damage that occurs after leaving the store or during transit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure the correct items are picked up and in good condition.
All packages are delivered by Australia Post. Saward Glass Designs requests that if possible to make sure that a responsible adult (18 years or older) will be home at that time of delivery. If there is nobody present when delivery is made please contact your local Australia Post Delivery depot.
Saward Glass Designs ensures that all packages are prepared carefully for transit. Saward Glass Designs accepts no reponsibility if goods are damaged in transit. We use Australia Post for delivery of all our goods. Visit the Australia Post website to view their relative policies.
